Requirement: Healthy body, aged 18-40, with a junior high school education or above.

Salary: The cotton worker (male worker) will receive a probationary (training) period of 1-3 months as hourly wage, and overtime pay will be calculated separately. The first month's salary is 1700 yuan, the second month's salary is 1900 yuan, and the third month's salary is 2100 yuan. The piece rate salary is above 2800-4500 yuan (if the piece rate standard is met, the position can be fixed in advance and the piece rate salary can be implemented); Cotton harvesters (female workers) receive a salary of 1200 yuan in the first month, 1700 yuan in the second month, and 1800 yuan in the third month. After promotion in the fourth month, they will be paid a salary of 2500 to 3200 yuan according to their level (if they meet the piece rate standard, they can be assigned to work in advance and implement piece rate wages);

6 female packaging workers

Requirement: Healthy body, aged 18-45, with a junior high school education or above.

Salary: probationary period of one week, overtime pay will be calculated in addition to working 8 hours. The post piece rate salary is between 2800-4500 yuan/month (if the piece rate standard is met, the post can be fixed in advance and the piece rate salary can be implemented);

3 male mobile handling workers

Requirement: Healthy body, aged 40-55, with a junior high school education or above.

Salary: The probationary period is one month, with a salary of 1800 yuan. Overtime pay will be calculated in addition to 8 hours of work (if the piecework standard is met, the piecework pay can be implemented in advance), and the salary after piecework is between 3000 to 4500 yuan/month.
